Terry Matthews
Chairman
Prior to joining March Networks in June 2000 as Chairman and CEO, Dr. Matthews served as CEO and Chairman of Newbridge Networks Corporation, a company he founded in 1986. In 1972, Dr. Matthews co-founded Mitel Corporation. In 2001, Dr. Matthews purchased Mitel Corporations communications systems division and “Mitel” trademarks to form Mitel Networks Corporation, of which he is currently the majority shareholder and Chairman. In 1994, Dr. Matthews was appointed an Officer of the Order of the British Empire and in the Queen's Birthday Honours 2001, he was awarded a Knighthood. Dr. Matthews is also the founder of Celtic House Venture Partners and serves as Chairman for a number of high technology companies including BreconRidge, Convedia Corporation, Bridgewater Systems Corporation and DragonWave Inc.

Peter Strom
President and CEO
Peter Strom joined March Networks in early 2003 as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing and was appointed to his current role of President and CEO in early 2004. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Strom spent more than 10 years in the security industry. From 1999 to 2001, Mr. Strom was President and CEO of Gyyr, Inc., a manufacturer of network-based video and data storage systems. He has also held senior management positions at Sensormatic Electronics Corporation, Honeywell International Inc. and Mosler Inc. and has considerable international experience, having served as President of Mosler's Canada and China regions.

Chris Burke
Consultant, former CTO and CIO of Vodafone Group plc
Chris Burke has more than 20 year of experience in the technology sector in the U.K. and Canada and most recently was the CTO and CIO for Vodafone Group plc. Prior to joining Vodafone Group plc, Mr. Burke was the CTO and CIO at Energis plc from 1997 to 2000 and the Account Vice President, U.K. Competitive Operators at Nortel Networks Limited from 1995 to 1997. Mr. Burke currently serves on the Board of Directors for a number of technology companies, including Ubiquity Software Corporation and Oz Communications, Inc.
Peter Charbonneau
General Partner, Skypoint Capital Corporation
Peter Charbonneau is currently a General Partner at Skypoint Capital Corporation, an early-stage technology venture capital firm. Prior to joining Skypoint Capital Corporation, Mr. Charbonneau spent 13 years at Newbridge Networks Corporation acting as CFO, Executive V.P., President and COO and Vice Chairman. Mr. Charbonneau served as a member of Newbridge's Board of Directors between 1996 and 2000. Mr. Charbonneau began his career at Deloitte Haskins and Sells and has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario since 1979. In June 2003, Mr. Charbonneau was elected by the Council as a Fellow of the Institute in recognition of outstanding career achievements and leadership contributions to the community and to the profession.
Simon Gibson
President and CEO, Wesley Clover Corporation
Mr. Gibson is currently Chief Executive Officer of Wesley Clover, a private holding company with assets in the technology and leisure sectors and in commercial real estate. Before joining Wesley Clover, he was co-founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Ubiquity Software Corporation. He is a member of the Mitel Networks Corporation advisory board and a director of IQE plc. Mr. Gibson has been the recipient of four U.K. research and development awards and was made an Officer of the Order of the British Empire in the 1999 Queen's Birthday Honours list. He is an advisor to several government bodies including the Welsh National Economic Research Advisory Panel, the Board of the Welsh Development Agency and the Welsh Electronics Forum.
David Homer
Director, Strategic Outsourcing, IBM Global Services
Mr. Homer is currently Director, Strategic Outsourcing at IBM Global Services. Prior to that, his roles at IBM have included Director for Telecommunications Industry for Europe, the Middle East and Africa and Client Director for British Telecommunications plc. Mr. Homer joined IBM in 1984 and has performed a wide variety of roles within the organization. In 1994, he left IBM to join AT&T as Assistant Vice President of Telecommunications Industry Solutions for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Following the announcement of AT&T's break-up in September 1995, he rejoined IBM.
Alan Horn
Chairman, Rogers Communications Inc.
Mr. Horn is currently Chairman of Rogers Communications Inc. and President and Chief Executive Officer of Rogers Telecommunications Limited, a position he has held since March 2006. Mr. Horn served as Vice- President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Rogers Communications Inc. from September 1996 to March 2006 and was President and Chief Operating Officer of Rogers Telecommunications Limited from 1990 to 1996. Mr. Horn is a Chartered Accountant. Mr. Horn received a B.Sc. with First Class Honours in Mathematics from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland.
Ian McLaren
President and CEO, Ubiquity Software Corporation
Mr. McLaren has held the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of Ubiquity Software Corporation since September 2001. During his career, he has held senior executive positions as Vice President, Marketing at Digital Equipment Corporation, President, International Operations at MCI Systemhouse Inc., and most recently, President and Chief Executive Officer of CrossKeys Systems Corporation. He serves on several Boards of Directors, including NewHeights Software Corporation and Solace Systems Inc. Mr. McLaren also serves on six advisory boards to corporations in the technology sector.
