Vivid Mobile Surveillance Video Helps Convict Bus Shooter

The man featured in startlingly clear surveillance video shooting a gun aboard a Toronto bus last year pleaded guilty to attempt murder before the start of his preliminary hearing.

The disturbing mid-afternoon incident from 2009 was caught on a March Networks mobile video system, which included four of our Pixim-powered mobile surveillance cameras mounted inside the bus. The man's defence lawyer stated that the Blu-ray quality of the video shows the power of the system and that individuals who engage in unlawful behavior will be found by the police.
