Investigators can use VideoSphere Retail Transaction Investigation (RTI) software to source synchronized video and point-of-sale (POS) data records over the network, using search criteria such as customer name, transaction number, item description, transaction type, amount, date or any combination thereof.
RTI takes advantage of the capabilities of our hybrid NVRs/DVRs, which integrate with POS transaction data locally (for cash registers) or centrally using a retailer’s T-log files. Custom search fields, such as the cashier’s ID number or POS terminal number, are also supported.
