Afraid of the Dark? No Way

Our CamPX MicroDome combines all of the advantages of traditional CMOS technology with the low-light performance typically found in CCD cameras – providing you with color images in near-dark conditions. The camera’s TDN feature renders a black and white image when light levels drop below a threshold you define. And through advanced technology, individual pixels can adjust to both highlights and lowlights in the same scene.

Fast Installation and Setup

A 3-axis gimbal allows you to easily position the CamPX MicroDome during installation, while its remote zoom feature — complete with autofocus — means you’ll never have to adjust focal length and focus settings from the top of the ladder. Just zoom in on the scene at any time with a single click! Power over Ethernet also simplifies installation by eliminating the need for additional power cables.

Built-in Reliability

The CamPX MicroDome can record to an internal SDHC or a network attached storage (NAS) device to ensure uninterrupted recording during a network outage or server failure. When used with March Networks Command or our 7532 Hybrid NVR, the camera’s innovative Shadow Archive feature re-integrates the “missing” video and audio back into the right spot on the recording server, for complete fail-safe management.
