Reporting to the HR Team Lead, the Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting ensuring that our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong pipeline. You should be highly motivated and have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills combined with work experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full cycle recruitment process for all new hires globally including creating requisitions, writing job postings, getting approvals, prescreening, interviewing, and guiding the selection of the successful candidates
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
  • Collaborate with Human Resources Business Partners to develop a global recruitment strategy
  • Evaluate job posting opportunities and ensure open positions are adequately advertised
  • Prepare recruitment reports and presentations by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
  • Proactively search for the best possible talent for March Networks by contacting passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other online tools
  • Build a talent pipeline and network with appropriate external contacts (partners, universities, and colleges) to market employment opportunities
  • Work with our marketing team to develop recruitment branding initiatives and collateral
  • Manage and develop an Student Recruitment Program by planning activities, working with hiring managers to develop work plans, and managing the end-to-end process of hiring the next generation of March Networks employees
  • Liaise with 3rd party recruiters and partner with the legal team to negotiate global contracts


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience
  • Minimum 3 years previous recruitment experience or general Human Resources experience
  • Experience recruiting in Canada and internationally is an asset
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
  • Innovative thinker, able to use and develop new sources for recruitment
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and employees in order to offer appropriate solutions
  • Familiar with human rights guidelines and laws as they relate to recruiting
  • Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
