As Regional Sales Manager, you will manage March Networks existing and new business in your assigned territory. You will work closely with end-users and business partners in Central America to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction. You will also direct March Networks sales resources to achieve sales and profit goals in Central America and serve our customers by identifying their needs. For this job, we are looking to hire an Independent Contractor.

Typical Duties:

  • Set short term and long term sales strategies
  • Have direct contact and relationships with Key Accounts
  • Maintain and analyze list of regular prospect and customer calls in CRM
  • Demonstrate products to prospects and customers
  • Inform prospects and customers of sales promotions
  • Maintain prospect and customer records to help in preparing sales forecasts, market analysis and assessing competitor activity
  • Submit reports pertaining to sales activity, potential sales opportunities and market trends
  • Give constructive and quantitative information to help in maintaining product manuals, sales manuals and pricing schedules.
  • Provide information to customers regarding products and applications
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends through trade publications and relation information
  • Participate and assist with trade shows, conventions, customer functions and industry wide affairs as needed
  • Assess the strengths and weaknesses of each market area and adjust available resources accordingly
  • Maintain knowledge of the March Networks product line and competitive product lines
  • work and cooperate with all sales, customer service, technical and management personnel
  • Continually assess the ROI of all sales activities in the assigned country

Desired Skills and Experience

  • College or University degree in Business, Marketing or technical discipline
  • Sales professional with 2 plus years’ experience in technical sales and marketing
  • Networks and client/server knowledge
  • Experience managing major accounts with long sales cycles
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Spanish
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proven track record in providing customer satisfaction
  • Previous experience providing technical solutions to numerous businesses
  • Strong technical aptitude skills are essential
