Senior UX Researcher/Strategist

The UX Researcher will help uncover findings from real users and translate those into informed and actionable insights, which will then feed into the overall strategy and design of March Networks’ product.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the User Research and User Experience Strategy for various areas of the product
  • Define and Manage the Value Stream
  • Map out User Flows and Customer Experience
  • Create the Content Strategy
  • Define the Information Architecture
  • Communicate findings to various stakeholders and teams
  • Facilitate Design Review Sessions
  • Lead design iteration sessions and usability testing with focus groups
  • Manage Feature Trade-offs
  • Act as a User Advocate and Product Design Owner


  • Graduate degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of related industry experience


  • Comfortable at both Conceptual and Detailed levels
  • Highly skilled in conducting User Research
  • Analytical thinker
  • Demonstrated knowledge of User Interaction
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical members of the team
  • Ability to collaborate at all levels of the R&D and product teams in an open environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Experience creating mock-ups and other artifacts to help communicate designs
  • Experience creating and documenting the UX Research findings
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Design to Delivery Lifecycle
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Strategists and Creators
  • Must have both Qualitative and Quantitative skills
  • Experience facilitating Usability Testing
  • Understanding of how Ethnography affects Design
  • Experience managing stakeholders
  • Experience in Scrum/Agile


  • Experience designing interfaces for applications
