Company Updates
U.S.-imposed Tariffs and Counter-Tariffs – No Current Impact on March Networks Products
We want to reassure our customers and partners that, given the current tariffs and counter-tariffs that have been communicated, there is currently no impact on our U.S. or Canadian customers. None of March Networks’ products are manufactured in Canada. Our hardware is produced by a U.S.-based subcontractor in Thailand, then shipped to our facility in Texas, where we embed software and hard drives before distributing globally.
Additionally, none of our products are manufactured in China or Mexico. March Networks is committed to keeping our partners and customers updated as things progress. If you have any specific concerns, please contact your March Networks representative.
March Networks Completes SOC 2 Type 2 Audit
In case you missed it, March Networks has completed its SOC 2 Type 2 audit, strengthening its commitment to security and privacy. This adds another layer of protection to our enterprise-grade CyberSuite, which helps major banks and retailers safeguard their data.
The 25th Anniversary Celebrations Continue at our Ottawa Office

This month’s #FeaturedMarcher is Shehani de Silva! Shehani’s journey at March Networks spans nearly 15 years across various roles, such as Senior Specialist for Customer Solutions and Integrations, and in a Planning and System Engineering position with our Project Management team.
She rejoined our team in 2020 to take on her most recent role as a Level 2 Technical Support Specialist with Professional Services. With the expansion of our support coverage to Australia, New Zealand, and India, Shehani is leaving our Ottawa office to lead the launch of our Oceania Support Center in Sri Lanka. Known for her dedication to customers and her team, she runs CES Escalation meetings, supports global customers outside regular hours, and ensures her colleagues have the knowledge and training they need to succeed.
Her passion for problem-solving and teamwork shines through in everything she does. As she embarks on this exciting new chapter, we’re grateful for her leadership, expertise, and unwavering commitment. Thank you for everything you do, Shehani!

“With other companies, you have to power down the recorder for several minutes to service it, and that means unplugging and re-plugging all the inputs. You miss a number of minutes of recording during that time. With March Networks, we’re able to just pull out the hard drive and pop in another one without taking the NVR offline. That’s huge for us.”
