This month’s #FeaturedMarcher is Clare Carty! Since joining March Networks in January 2021, Clare has made a lasting impact through her leadership as Quality Assurance Manager. She has consistently driven cross-functional initiatives that enhance our product quality, all while bringing a forward-thinking mindset and relentless dedication to every challenge.
Clare’s positive attitude is infectious. She uplifts those around her and fosters a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Her efforts have been instrumental in accelerating our product release cadence, helping us deliver innovative solutions more efficiently.
Outside of her core responsibilities, Clare is a passionate advocate for the tech community. She plays a key role in co-op recruitment and actively engages with the Carleton University Women in Tech program, helping to mentor and inspire the next generation of talent. We’re incredibly lucky to have Clare on the team, and we thank her for the energy, insight, and excellence she brings to March Networks every day. Congratulations Clare!
