We are looking for a QA for web applications who can ensure the quality and performance of our web-based products. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and reporting on various testing activities, such as functional, integration, regression, performance, and security testing. You will also be involved in creating and maintaining testing automation scripts using tools such as Cypress.

Manual testing: 70%

Automated tests: 30%

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute test cases and test scenarios for web applications using Jira and X-Ray
• Create and maintain testing automation scripts using Cypress or other tools
• Identify, analyze, and report defects, errors, and issues using bug tracking tools
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality web applications
• Write and update testing documentation, such as test plans, test reports, test cases, etc.
• Stay updated with the latest testing methodologies, tools, and best practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in testing web applications
• Proficient in Jira and X-Ray for test management
• Experience in creating and maintaining testing automation scripts using Cypress or other tools
• Knowledge of web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.
• Familiarity with web application security testing tools and techniques
• Experience with Swagger for documenting and testing web APIs
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Nice have: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
