Video network monitoring services you can trust

Some of the largest retail and banking organizations in the world rely on March Networks’ cloud-based video network monitoring services. Why? Because our team of trained professionals has the tools and experience necessary to monitor and maintain enterprise-level video surveillance networks. Working from our secure Network Operations Center (NOC), our team ensures all of your security cameras, recorders and associated software are functioning optimally around the clock. When issues arise, we conduct detailed analyses and either resolve issues remotely, or provide information to your local systems integrator, based on a well-defined escalation process. Our cloud-based Insight platform also gives you convenient online access to all of your video network health information.

Unmatched video network visibility

With March Networks’ managed video surveillance service Insight, you get complete, end-to-end support — from system monitoring, performance optimization, and issue diagnosis, to remote resolution where possible, eliminating costly truck rolls.

Convenient, self-serve access tailored to your business

With the Insight platform, you can work directly with March Networks, or with your certified systems integrator, who can deliver the service to you. In either arrangement, you and/or your integrator can securely access the platform at any time via a web browser and view critical video network information, create customized reports, and generate and track your own service tickets. March Networks works with you to define the arrangement that works best for your business.

View issues at a glance

Insight’s maps provide a visual overview of all of your sites, and let you quickly spot trends by region or area. Click on any individual “problem location” to display detailed video surveillance information about that site, including a list of device assets (cameras, recorders, hard drives) and open cases.

Trackable workflows that keep you informed

With March Networks Insight managed video surveillance services, we work with you and your security systems integrator to identify, investigate and correct issues in a timely fashion. Issues can be logged into our cloud-based platform by you and/or your integrator. All cases are investigated and validated by March Networks to prevent unnecessary action and to determine who is best-suited to address the issue. Whenever possible, March Networks will resolve the problem remotely. Our team generates all service tickets within the platform, and validates the repair or correction of an issue prior to closing the case.

Image Audit Reports

Available as an optional add-on to Insight, Image Audit Reports can help to ensure your cameras are capturing exactly what you need. Our NOC team will provide you with a snapshot from each camera to ensure it is properly positioned and capturing high-quality images. Examples of discrepancies highlighted within the report include blurry or out-of-focus images, images directed at walls or floors, images blocked by signage, and images from a failed camera sensor. Rest easy knowing your data is safe and secure

March Networks’ secure network operations center incorporates multiple physical and logical security measures to ensure your data is always protected. Running on a dedicated network, the center has its own firewall, and uses sophisticated visibility rules to segregate customer data at multiple levels. It also incorporates physical access control restrictions, including a retinal scanner and 24/7 video monitoring. March Networks conducts regular cybersecurity audits and penetration tests. Further, data is backed up frequently and systematically, and the center has an established disaster recovery process and redundant power sources in place to mitigate power and system downtime.
