March Networks is closely monitoring the situation with COVID-19 and has taken the following steps to protect the health and safety of our employees while also ensuring business continuity throughout this challenging time:
The safety of our employees is paramount and March Networks is following all government guidelines. Currently, more than 95% of our staff are now working remotely. We have had robust business continuity plans in place for some time and while moving to a virtual office has not been easy, we do not foresee this working environment impacting business.
We are continuing to take and supply your orders as usual. March Networks technical support remains available and queue length and wait times are shorter than normal. Sales and sales engineering team members are available as always for video and phone meetings, however we do have travel restrictions in place to avoid in-person meetings.
Product Availability and Lead Times
March Networks does not foresee any short-term issues associated with the supply of our products in light of the outbreak.
We serve the global market through dispersed operations and logistics centers that provide speed to market and additional redundancy at a time like this. For both the U.S. and Canada, where security is currently deemed an essential service, our U.S. operations center will remain open and will continue to deliver products to meet your needs for as long as we can safely do so.
Our U.S. center can also ship product to Europe, the Middle East and Africa, if need be. Our Milan operations center – which was closed in late March and early April to comply with Italian law – has reopened as of April 15 and is able to once again serve our European partners and customers.
